How to arrange dockers at top of the screen?

Does anyone know how to arrange dockers at the top left/right of the screen without it going full screen?

Hello and welcome to the forum

I assume you mean ‘full width’ or ‘full height’ and not “full screen”.

You can put it at the top of an existing left or right side vertical set of dockers.
If it’s alone on any side then it will fill that side. Having filled the side then you can put other dockers below it if you like. When repositioning a docker, it’s a good idea to resize it to be as small as possible when its floating, that makes it easier for it to take up a new docked position among other dockers.

If you have any problems then post a full screen screenshot (.png) to show and explain the problem.

Small note here just in case they meant it like this.

If you don’t want to dock the dockers but still want to have them at the edges or over the krita ui you need to use CTRL (for mac it’s probably cmd?) BUT you need to hold the CTRL before you start dragging the docker around (so hold CTRL then press mouse button/pen over the floating docker to move it around).

It worked! Thank you so much, I have been trying to recreate my photoshop workflow and the dockers were really getting on my nerves.

Sorry about that! First time on here, so thank you for the heads up!
