How to change colour

How do I change an existing color to another easrly, including all related tones

I want to see my truck in different colours from green to orange for example.?

Not a perfect solution but easy, try adding a filter mask with HSL adjustment.

Open the image in Krita, right click in the layer, chose Add → filter mask. A dialog will appear, there select HSV/HSL adjustment and then play around with the Hue slider.

Add a layer on top of that image, change blend mode to COLOR.

Pick orange on color wheel, and paint on top of the green ^-^

One of the solution

1. Duplicate an image as layer(Use upper the layer)
2. Make selection for click to green pixel by Similar color Selection Tool
3. Select > invert selection
4. Delete the inverte selection area by Del key
5. Select > Deselect
6. Use Filter > Adjust > HSV Adjustment…
   
   
   
   
   

Alternative way

1. Use “Select-Replace Color filter” from G’MIC for Krita
2. Pick two color,Selected Color and Replacement color
3. And set Output As to Replacement Color
4. Adjust Tolerance/Smoothness/Fill Holes patameters
5. At last OK button and quit from G’MIC
