How to change size of text around the window?

I want to know to make either the bars bigger or the text bigger. Especially the stuff on the top. I already did the setting > general > window > custom ui but it’s not what I was looking for.

If you go to Settings → Configure Krita and then go to the “Window” tab, you can change the interface font size in the area circled in the screen shot below:
