How to create an old television effect?

Hello.
Is it possible to recreate the same effect as in the photo. Grain or television noise, I don’t know. Because I tried some grainy paper textures, but the result was not very good.

You can get similar results with Filter Layers. I applied a Random Noise and a Wave filter layer to the “After” image I attached below. With a bit of playing around with some of the other options available, you might be able to get even closer to the results in your example.

That’s what was needed, thank you. But do you know how to make that noise black and white? Because saturation in CTRL + U doesn’t work for me.

upd: i applied some desaturation filters and merged… And now it’s black and white.

I see that you found a way to do it. For those who may come to the thread and are interested, I’d have added a Desaturation Filter Mask to the Noise Filter Layer (see attached for layer structure).
