You can’t.
But you don’t need to add the brush tips for a preset manually when you create a bundle, Krita selects them on its own. It is therefore sufficient to select the presets. However, if a preset should also use patterns, e.g., for textures, this must be added manually. However, if you still want to have patterns, gradients or other resources in a bundle, then these must be selected by hand.
You can use an isolated installation of Krita to further reduce the selection of available resources. On Windows it is sufficient to use another user account and another portable installation (or version, if you want) of Krita for this, I think this should also work on other platforms if the Krita installation is NOT in a container format, like an AppImage. For Windows, I have described what I think is a convenient way to use different installations of Krita:
For these isolated installations, you remove Krita’s default resources from the installation path before you start them for the first time. If you have already used such a version with the original resources, you must also remove these resources from Krita’s resources folder. Such prepared installations will only start if at least one preset or bundle exists in the resource folder.
For example, using such an installation, I converted all bundles from IForce73 to Krita 5 format.
