How to delete R shortcut for blending?

I’m using R shortcut for Three Slots script (kudos for the maker!) - but at the same time R actives blending/smudge tool.

How I can deactivate R from changing to blend? I cannot find it in Krita’s settings - shortcuts page.

The “R” key, by default, has always been the key that lets me select a layer that has content on it, beneath my cursor. I figure you must have assigned a different shortcut key to it, at some point. If you’re getting a blender tool, I’m guessing you either set it as your brush preset toggle (which switches you back and forth between the last two presets you used), or you have another script going (like 10 brushes) which you’ve assigned the key as a shortcut to open a specific brush preset. I’m only speculating, however.

I’ve never used blender tool in Krita, I have no idea why it reacts to R - and I never had set anything in ten brushes.

Ugh…

I don’t know if I’m right, but:
The problem seems more to be that you have set a shortcut but did not react to the warning message telling you that shortcut is assigned to a different action, because Krita will drop such a warning message in case of conflicts. And although this is only a guess, I’m guessing not to be very wrong here.

That your R-Key is bound to smudge may be through a changed input scheme. Means, you have chosen a different input scheme, Photoshop, or SAI, for instance, instead of Krita’s own scheme, at least it would solve the question of why it smudges for you.

But anyway, you can go into ‘‘Settings’’ >> ‘‘Configure Krita’’ >> ‘‘Keyboard Shortcuts’’ and then you scroll the list completely down to its very end, and begin to open every subfolder from the bottom to the top, when they are all open you can check that list for shortcuts using the R-Key. The same action has to be performed with ‘‘Settings’’ >> ‘‘Configure Krita’’ >> ‘‘Canvas Input Settings’’, but in comparison there are only a few options to check.
