I want to fill in the inside of the outlined shadows faster than it normally takes me(about 20 minutes). How can I go about this?
have you tried shape fill brush?

I have tested it out right now and it’s difficult to maneuver it so it can curve around the hair
Mostly just doing linework is the way to go and fill.
when you use fill you can set a gap amount so you dont have to worry too much about closing sections exactly

Hair is painstaking depending on the style you are going for.
Maybe creating a local selector layer can help.
I did make these brushes which can help with the smaller strokes as the stroke is not continuous
I go with large brush with a bit of size dynamic, haphazardly paint along the curve then erase the excess using the same brush but erase mode.
Does your brush pack help shade hair as well? Creating highlights are a different set of skills I would assume that don’t correlate to shading.
