Where can I download abrmate safely?

It seems to be a tool for photoshop ?

Have you tried uploading it to an online virus scanner? I believe there are a few websites that can be used for that. e.g: VirusTotal

Kinda 
I want to use it to take the brush stamp or tip from photoshop brushes to use in krita.
Personally i prefer to use this command line program for extracting PNG files from abr GitHub - scurest/abrupng: Dump brush images from Photoshop ABRs
Not what you asked but felt relevant. As this is much faster to use

Just google for it - there are a few websites who still have the link active (the version I used was 1.1). After exporting it, makes sure to flatten all the transparent PNGs exported from abrmate (best to use a batch operation in PS). Krita handles flat PNGs better than transparent ones.

If you took the link from one of my posts, what I believe, I can tell you that I do not link to websites or software that I have not previously checked with various online scanners.
Iām a security fanatic when it comes to this sort of thing, plus I consider this part of my duty of care to others.
Googleās Safe Browsing Diagnostic, VirusTotal, BlackLight Real-Time Privacy Inspector, URLVoid Scan and McAfee SiteAdvisor, are the services I use to test EVERY link before I put it. And sometimes even more services.
About the download you quoted:
You can assume that Archive ādotā Org will only modify mirrored content in a way that allows the mirrored website to be displayed. In other words, links are adjusted to reflect the structure, but neither downloads nor texts are modified, the only thing that could happen is the censorship of illegal content (editing by not displaying pages or completely removing a web page), but not its alteration.
It is the task and nature of an archive to preserve the archived content, to conserve it for posterity (as a document, as a time capsule).
Btw: It is always a good idea to have downloads checked by VirusTotal or āJottiās Malware Scanā, as stated by @AhabGreybeard. Even the downloads from āArchive dot orgā and similar projects, because they are not immune from unknowingly mirroring malware from a website! And some malware takes long time to be discovered as malware and could hide its evil capabilities for years(one could say it is well-made).

I am confused. is Trojanmalware detected (it has a red mark) or undetected?
It is most likely a false alarm. To detect such things, these multiscanners are well suited, the probability that ALL OTHERS are deceiving is low. Also, it is a software once developed by a company, that does not exclude that there is malware in it, but usually companies do not tend to spread malware, because the companies would harm themselves if this becomes known.

By the way, it is always a good idea to click the update button if a file has not been checked for a while, as I just did.
You will laugh, in the meantime, the provider MaxSecure, which gave you this result, has apparently checked the file more closely and classified it as harmless. Thus, the latest report on abrmate says that it is malware-free.
