I wnt to put a gif in this forum but is too big.
The file tipe is “gif”.

You have to use specific tools to reduce gif file size.
But gif is an old format really not optmized

Use WEBP, WEBM or MP4 file format for output, you’ll get smaller file size with better video quality.

Be aware support for webm and webp vary between program.

Certain program like discord will only display them as a link
