There’s a standard watercolor brush in Krita that looks very similar to that. A little tweaking in the brush editor may get you what you are looking for. Or, you could just apply a stroke outline to your brush in layer styles.

Hello, after I posted this post, I did some research too! I tried this brush too, but it ended very badly.(((( But I found a solution! First, I took this brush - Outline brushes , then in settings I changed flow and brush tip.
upd: I changed OPACITY as well, sorry I forgot to attach the photo!
and if someone is interested about sharpness, rotation and size:
And the only problem now is the paper texture but it’s not really necessary.
