How to safe blur image?

I am not sure why my post was pulled, I am guessing because it illuded nudity but doesn’t show anything, how do I blur the image?

If you haven’t noticed the discussion about NSFW-content in between, absolutely anything NSFW is no longer allowed here, and that was, simply put, because it got unmanageable because of users who constantly tried to widen the borders of the frame that was allowed to us (these are my words.) And because of too many “not so nice” discussions a la “but, hey, it is not so evil”, or some users outright attacking the mods because they disliked their pictures being pulled (also my words.)
And that made this decision necessary because the community couldn’t find any better solution in the discussion about all this.

Okay, I understand this going forward, is there anywhere I can have certain works reviewed before posting? If not understand as well, figured I’d ask because a lot of my work includes female form to depict movement or emotion, not out of disrespect or trying to push guidelines, thank you for response previously and also in advance.

There is no review process or anything. We implemented a zero nudity rule because it was so subjective and created so many reports that it was difficult to judge and decide for every submission. We understand that this is part of the normal artistic process but we also have to keep in mind that we have underage users, we don’t have any good way of age verification and there are other legal implications. You can use a filter mask/layer with the blur filter selected! I recommend reading the manual for more info:

The question was not how to blur an image in Krita but for for setting topics here to be NSFW and hide images behind a blur flag. This was previously possible but we don’t allow that content here anymore.
