Ive seen the post that the timelapse feature got fixed so u dont have to download any external plugin like the ffmepg thing. Ive updated the program but still cant seem to be able to export the timelapse in my Samsung tablet 
Only desktop versions have FFmpeg pre-installed. It’s not present in Krita Android. You will need to move the folder containing the snapshots to a pc and render it there.
