How do I set the color to a specific RGB value in hex? I often use various online color tools. They all use color format for web like: #00ffaa. Also, many color picker apps use this format. However, I see no obvious way to set the color to such a value. How to do that?
You can do that with the ‘Specific Colour Selector’ docker that you activate with
Settings → Dockers → Specific Colour Selector, then place it in a convenient location:
You can also do it with the ‘Select A Colour’ window that you activate by clicking on the foreground or background colour patch on the Toolbar:

ColorHexa has a color table, reporting both Hex and RGB values.
