Huion Kamvas GT 191 V1 issue

Type of device: Drawing Monitor
Brand and version of the device: Huion Kamvas GT 191 v1
System : Windows 10
Description of the issue : Hi. My problem seems to be that when i am drawing on the Huion Kamvas everything works as expected at first. However the moment i use my mouse (just a regular wired microsoft one) to scroll or close a window in a web browser for example it seems to knock out functionality of the huion pen, loss of pressure senstivity and side buttons, Sometimes even keyboard fucnctionality.

I have reinstalled krita and the huion drivers and the issue persists. when i try it on other programmes like Clip studio Paint i cannot replicate the bug and there are no problems. Seems like there is a driver conflict somewhere so was wondering if anyone may have a solution? Thank you.

Please try those tips: https://docs.krita.org/en/contributors_manual/user_support.html#quick-solutions , specifically switching to Windows Ink. If it doesn’t work, you might need to contact Huion support, they consider Krita one of the applications they support so they should be able to help you.

Update :

In Krita tablet settings make sure windows8+ pointer input is activated rather than wintab

then in the huion pen tablet settings enable windows ink.

This seems to fix the problem as i havent encountered any issues in the last 24 hours on either the huion kamvas 16 or the huion kamvas gt191 v1.
