Description of the issue (you can include screenshots): when I import an image, I cannot resize it, it buffers. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong. I’ve watched tutorials.
When I want to import an image, in jpg or png, into Krita, I usually do this:
I open a file in Krita. I resize the program window so that I can see Krita and the file manager at the same time. The file manager can be Windows Explorer itself or another one (I use FastStone);
I select the file in the manager, hold the button and drag it to Krita;
The program shows an options window, the first one is “Insert as New Layer”. I choose this one and the program creates a new layer for the image. From there I can edit the image without any problem using the transform tools.
