I configured everything correctly in the Wacom by one program and nothing worked, I can’t send an attachment which makes absolutely no sense in this support, I can’t send anything so what I have as information is this, on the keyboard I can run normally, but when I configure it it simply doesn’t work right, it seems that when I click it alternates between zoom, rotate, blank command, move hand and the brush which is the tool I’m using now every time I click, this is crazy, if someone can help me it would be of great help with this problem.

Description of the issue (you can include screenshots):

Welcome to the forum, @Rhyan_Costa_Mulia.

There’s nothing crazy about the way customizations are created. For every change you make in Canvas Input Settings, you have to ensure you’re not creating a conflict by assigning an action that is already assigned.

In the translated text it says you want to send an attachment. That’s not possible to send an attachment between Krita and Wacom as the two do not connect (Krita receives its signals from the Windows operating system) but maybe this is a translating error (by the way, it’s fine to post in another language but you must add an English translation. I did this for you as this is your first post). Can you add a little more about that?

We might be able to help you more effectively if you state one customization you want to make.

It must be a translation error, but what I meant was that I recorded a video demonstrating the problems and shortcuts that I had tried to set up for the program to work correctly, just screenshot doesn’t show exactly everything. Well, I tried to delete all the shortcuts in the menu of the photo I sent to see if there was a conflict, but that didn’t happen either, and from what I can see, there is no conflict with another key because on the keyboard happens normally, so I don’t know why this changes on Wacom, I would like to be able to bring more information but it would have to be a video.

You can post a link to a YouTube video that you make, or you can upload a .mp4 file if it’s less than 3MB filesize.

Do the following: in the “Properties” of your Wacom, click on the “Mapping” tab, which is between “Pen” and “Switch display”. Check if the “use Windows Ink” option is activated.

I had a series of instabilities and problems with this Windows Ink and I recommend disabling it. See more details **in this topic.
