OK, now for the next stage.
Using the Windows File Manager go to C:\Users\Mariana\AppData\Local
In there, after all the many folders, there are some files.
Some of those files have ‘krita’ at the start of their names.
Delete the file called kritarc
Then run krita to see if it starts ok
While you’re in there, you’ll see a file called krita.log
