A question about the cathedral windows… it looks like we are seeing the top of them in the reflection. Is it so? If it is, is it on purpose to show that in the mirror world nothing is set in stone, not even up and down?
Thank you! Yes, the windows are purposefully seen from the top. I wanted to give the impression of the other world being like an extension of the “real” world (and as you said; that nothing is set in stone in the other world)
This is absolutely beautiful. I am in awe of the surreal story telling in this painting. If you won the competition then congrats. If not then I am deeply disappointed in Huion. It deserves all the accolades.
