In case you refer to this topic: Wet Alpha - new blending mode, I have to disappoint you, the developer who began it has obviously decided to turn his back to Krita and stopped development of this blending mode, as he points out in this post: Wet Alpha - new blending mode - #88 by SirPigeonz.
Or do you talk about this topic: ColorPlus: a plugin to simulate watercolor painting, if so, you don’t need an Android device for using it, but a real PC since Android is not capable running it because Google does not allow apps to start other apps, so it disallows Krita to use Python to start plugins.
But anyway, such a blending mode does not exist what doesn’t mean you can not use watercolor in Krita, there are a lot of watercolor brushes for Krita, also extra bundles you can install which offer a lot more watercolor brush presets than Krita ships with.
