I managed to fix the problem, on the default shortcut setting there’s two Mouse Button types, I changed one to Key Combination and put it to Space and the otheer remained as Mouse Button, but deleting the shortcut input was what was breaking the pan mode, so what I did (after resetting Kritas files to the default cause I had deleted them) was leave the Mouse Button with Space + Left Button and it worked.
