I'm trying to open my kryta program,but it doesn't work work

THE ERROR IS THE CURRENT:COULD NOT INITIALIZE FHE RESOURCE CACHE DATABASE.CONNECTION ERROR:UNABLE TO OPEN DATABASE FILE.-

Hello @Dask_94, and welcome to the forum!

You need to open the folder "c:\Users\dadda\AppData\Roaming\Krita" in Explorer and delete the file “resourcecache.sqlite”. Then, theoretically, Krita should start again.

Thank you @michelist,unfortunately I delete krita and downloaded the new version,all the files are disappeared,I feel very bad about this…I mean I was saving it time for time,so the question is:is it possible to find the files?? Apart mochelist somebody also could help me about this please! Thanks,have a good day

Which version of krita are you using?
Where did you download it from?

Note: There is a difference between ‘uninstall’ and ‘delete’.

If it does, what is in it?

Do you have any kind of anti-virus or other ‘security’ software running on your computer?
