I’m using Krita 5.0 (pretty new to Krita) on Windows 11. I’m doing vector art with many layers. Is there an easy way to invert the colors at once rather than having to go into each object on each layer separately?
At the moment, how do you invert the colour of a single vector object?
When it was just a few layers I would manually select a color that was close to the inverted color. Adding in more layers I find that process to exponentially become more time-consuming.
Filter → Invert doesn’t work for vector objects so I wondered how you were doing it.
The only thing I can think of is is someone writes a plugin that goes through all vector layers, then finds every object and reads the fill/stoke colour then inverts them.
I have a feeling that’s not likely to happen.
Can you Invert colours in Inkscape?
Filter masks however do work on vector layers. Putting the layers into a group and adding a filter mask to it will also work.
Thanks for the feedback. It isn’t exactly what I was looking for but close enough to help me get the desired result.
If you create a new layer and set the blending mode to difference which is under the negative category and fill the layer with white it will invert everything under it.
