Is there a feature/tool/setting on Krita like Medibangs 'tolerance'?

Like, when you fill in an area, there are white parts along the edges of lines-

tolerance on Medibang is where you raise the amount, the higher you go the less white residue is on the art when you fill in with the bucket tool.

is there a feature/ tool / setting that does this on Krita?

Yes, there is. Look at Tool Options when you have the Fill tool selected and you’ll see them.Tool Options is a default docker. It will be on the right side of the workspace unless you’ve moved it or closed it. You can reinstate it by going to Settings > Dockers > Tool Options.

You will enjoy knowing about Tool Options as you need this docker for nearly every tool in Krita, including even basic brushes.
