For your first request there is the paid Actuator - Automate Sequences of Actions : Krita Plugin [paid], it allows you to stack together sequences of actions Krita has/knows, you can even address functions of plugins bind in/assign scripts, if you want to, you can create an even more extensive collection of scripts than Ten Scripts allows, because Actuator does not have a cap/limit of 10 scripts, you can collect as many scripts as you like.
I can only suggest considerate studying the description in the forum and on the plugin’s homepage, so you don’t buy something you don’t need or are unable to adjust, because although it makes things easy, there is a learning curve to make use of it! And I’m sure, not everyone will understand it, the way it works - but it is very powerful if you know how to deal with it.
And the other request seems to be for the plugin TF Easy Colors Map by our user @TigerForge, if it is still working I can not tell since the last update was three years ago, but if you read the description on GitHub you will want to try it!
