Is there a way to use brush bundles made CSP/Procreate on Krita?

Hello!

I was wondering if there is any way to make it so brushes made for Clip Studio Paint and/or Procreate can be used on Krita, I have a few bundles from when I used CSP that I’ve been dying to use again, so if anyone knows how to do that please let me know!

Hi @reeee - Welcome.

Krita’s brush engines are unique so those brushes will not import into Krita.

A while ago there was someone working on making a plugin to work with Procreate brushes but I don’t think the work has continued. You can read about it in this thread:

Depending on how well you can describe what you’re looking for, someone here may be able to find a similar Krita brush for you.

This set of very WIP scripts can create somewhat-working Krita brush bundles using a limited amount of information extracted from other programs’ brushes (Procreate, Photoshop, and Clip Studio Paint).
