Type “scroll bar colors” in the search window. There are a couple threads that explain how to change those colors. There are a few steps involved but the end result is what matters. Or click on link below. Scroll down a little way. I added a step-by-step explanation on how I did it. There may be other methods. PS: I’m using Windows 11 on a PC. The details I shared in the thread below assume you’re using Windows. If you’re using something else, state what it is and maybe someone will chime in.
