Keyframes missing on timeline

Hello! So i recently bought Krita and today i tried animating. I’ve come a pretty long way with my animation.

As i was drawing a frame, i suddenly noticed that my keyframes were not showing anymore. The timeline is mostly wiped empty, but the animation itself is still playing normally. I just can’t select a specific frame to work on, and towards the end, some keyframes are still shown but far from all.

I didn’t try any buttons what could have caused it, not intentionally. So my question is, did i press something by accident? Is my animation “ruined” now or am i able to get the keyframes back?

Okay so i saved the file and just restarted Krita, and my keyframes are showing up again as normal. The question remains though, did i press something by accident that causes this? Or is this some kind of bug that requires you to restart the program?

Hello @WeeZMe and welcome to the forum

It’s impossible for anyone to figure out what happened unless they can see what you saw when this happened to you.
If it happens again, please take a full screen screenshot with the Timeline and Layers dockers fully visible.

You may have selected a different layer and the layer you were interested in may not have been pinned to the Timeline. I don’t know and can’t know without seeing a screenshot.
