Kiki is running along the beach, equipped with water gun and water ballons. Leaving cover behind a sand castle and aiming at you can only mean one thing: The water fight is on, take cover or you’ll get soaked!
Congratulations on winning the monthly art challenge! Your winning artwork is now displayed on the featured artwork banner.

Alt text is meant to be shown if the image is not loaded or is read by a screen reader for the visually impaired. It’s also typically shown when hovering over it. What to write? Imagine you are describing the image to someone over the phone.
@sooz I added a description, I hope it’s precise enough.
I’m fine with sharing on Krita’s social accounts and website.
Although I’m a bit clueless platforms have some official Krita account. Seems you post on Deviantart and Reddit with your personal account, Twitter X has been dropped AFAIK, Mastodon didn’t get any updates in years (any idea why?), Instagram won’t let me view any post details without account but also seems dead.
When the posts are up, I’ll be sure to share the links with you so you can see them.
There are Krita accounts that I’ve tried to get access to but it seems the passwords have gone missing over the years. Instagram and Facebook are the ones that I bump into all the time (and it makes me sad). There doesn’t seem to be anything we can do about those accounts.
I finally found some motivation to finish it properly, for the challenge I ran out of time to do all the details.
The hair was really just flat color, the arm joints also just had some sloppy outlines, and other details were skipped entirely.
Besides fixing some lacking contrast in shading, the hair now has the glossy translucent look I intended, many reflection/refraction details, some water drops and a wet spot on her dress.
