Alt text is meant to be shown if the image is not loaded or is read by a screen reader for the visually impaired. It’s also typically shown when hovering over it. What to write? Imagine you are describing the image to someone over the phone.

Although I’m a bit clueless platforms have some official Krita account. Seems you post on Deviantart and Reddit with your personal account, Twitter X has been dropped AFAIK, Mastodon didn’t get any updates in years (any idea why?), Instagram won’t let me view any post details without account but also seems dead.

There are Krita accounts that I’ve tried to get access to but it seems the passwords have gone missing over the years. Instagram and Facebook are the ones that I bump into all the time (and it makes me sad). There doesn’t seem to be anything we can do about those accounts.
