This is an introduction to character design. Before we dive deeper into cartoon character design over the next few weeks, I wanted to show you a quick, brief rundown of how you can do things. There are obviously many ways of doing things, and this is just one of them. For the demonstration, I decided to create a wizard. The drawing took several hours to create (of course, I sped up the video). The castle scene took several days to design, create and paint.
