Krita 4.4.3 start up error - damaged

Hi! I hope this is the correct place to post this. I just downloaded krita 4.4.3 for MacOS. After my first download, and installing the app over 4.4.2, I got an error trying to start up 4.4.3 saying that krita was damaeged and I should move it ti the trash. I did so and reinstalled the app from my initial download. I got the same error while MacOS was trying to verify the app during start up. So, I doenloaded the app again and reinstalled fresh. Again, for a third time, I got a warning me…

Damaged When Downloaded

I had originally downloaded Krita in 2018 and just came back to it and thought that I should delete it and then reinstall a new one. It then said I needed to verify it after the installer was downloaded and then went through verification after trying to open it for the first time. All of this is fine, but I had to do this 4 times and every time I finally try to open it, it then tells me that the program is broken… I have an apple so could someone explain whats going on here? Krita is damaged

I downloaded the latest version of Krita and I can’t open it. It always says, that the software is damaged and should be removed from the computer. For the enw update I could always open Krita.

Krita 4.4.3 for Mac OS 'damaged'

Tried to upgrade to v4.4.3 on my iMac several times without success. App installs but when I try to launch it I’m told that it is ‘damaged’ and will be sent to trash. The disk image was downloaded from Krita.org. Noticed that a Windows user here also has the problem. Anyone else having this problem? Solution? Thanks.
