I can confirm that. I don’t get the traces in 5.1, but I do get the wiggles of the other images there as well. The wiggles are not very noticeable for me, though. Just the edge moving a pixel in and out or so.
I noticed another thing when having multiple files open: when switching to another image, pretty often (but not always) it takes a while time until it switches and I get a “Waiting for image operation to complete” popup. I can’t reproduce it with 5.1 with the same set of images, where switching is always pretty much instantaneous.
Before I report my bugs dicoveries, I want say thanks for all member of krita teams for their hardwork.
And thank you for bring this Bookmark feature back in Open file dialog. Please dont disable this feature. Its gone after early 1st or 2nd krita release and just appears again recently…
And the bug I found is inconsistent Zooming lag (pinching with 2 fingers), when switching between portrait and landscape mode in my android tablet.
When I start krita in landscape mode(wide workspace) and the Zooming is likely normal. But when switch to portrait mode(with portrait workspace) the Zoom is lagging.
I need to reopen krita to switch workspace to get smooth zooming.
And the last one is bit like feature request. Is it possible to get Move tool a Fast option like Transform tool? The performance gap is too far on android. Move tool is just litteraly to move object, why is it slower than Transform tool that has more options in it…?
Got all excited to give it a go, but I’m afraid I can say unequivocally that it is still crashing (at least on one galaxy tab s9 ultra running Android 13 ).
Y’all are still doing great! I love seeing the progress coming out daily!
Hey, can you report a bug to bugs.kde.org if this is still happening? We’re hoping to release next week, so the bug won’t be fixed in the release, but it sounds like it needs to be fixed none-the-less.
