I have found the probable cause of this (swap files weren’t getting deleted!), and pushed the fix. If it makes into tomorrow’s release, well and good. If it doesn’t I’ll update you when the nightly with this fix will be created, so we can be certain this is all that caused the problem Thanks a lot for the insight!
