Krita brush very offset

Description of the issue: My stylus seems functional for the most part outside the app but the cursor is offset within the krita canvas, both via mouse and pen. I have tried several options like reinstalling my drives, and switching both ends to WIindows Ink. I have also tried calibrating my pen several times as to no avail. The tablet tester seems to be working perfectly fine. Are there any other options to suggest?

Have you tried setting both to NOT use Windows Ink? Most Windows users find this works best. A device restart might be required after changing your tablet driver setting.
