Krita crashes when I try to import audio into animation (Linux Zorin 18)

I thought it was because my file was already big so importing a 3 min audio crashes the program, but this time I’m starting a new project and the audio is like 20 seconds long so I really don’t understand what the problem is here so… any help, please?
my krita version is 5.2.11-prealpha

Please update krita and try again, 5.2.11 is pretty old by now, the latest version is 5.3.4
