Krita freezes whenever I try to hit the manual save button, and when it does finally unfreeze it takes probably 15 minutes to save, before it only took a couple seconds. I initially had this issue with the newest update and ended up switching back to vers 5.2.4 which worked fine for a while. But now the issue has migrated to this version to and im begining to think theres just something wrong with my computer or the way I downloaded the app.

- Where did you get Krita from?
- Is there anything in the log viewer?
- Windows 10
- I used the exe installer from the website
- Nothing seems to stand out in the log viewer, but maybe theres just something I’m not seeing
The last save is when it started freezing up, and the big gap is when i had to force it to shut down. It only happens when I try to manually hit the save button and will only save after the autosave interval kicks in, but even then it takes the autosave a bit to actually save the document. If I just let it autosave on its own without pressing the button it gets stuck at 90% and just resets over and over.
I tried recreating the error in the logs today and it says it comepleted saving after getting stuck on 90% for a while, but it did not save the changes
That used to happen to me. The only way I could get it to stop was uninstall and reinstall. Sorry, @Chromatic_Mono
