Hey, what’s the current way to connect to the krita dev chat?

  1. Create a KDE Identity account (KDE Identity - Registration)
  2. Use it to login to https://webchat.kde.org/#/room/#krita:kde.org

Or do all the IRC client magic to customize your experience, to your heart’s content. That well of knowledge is far beyond me.

Here’s a sane and immediate method, to cut all the learning curve of IRC for future readers. It’s not the very best way to connect, but at least it works

1 . Go to https://web.libera.chat/
2 . Type in your nickname if you don’t want or keep the guest nick
3. Type in #krita in channel name and click start. You are now connected to irc.
