Landscapes Drawings

Because I currently have some trouble drawing, I thought I’d challenge myself with something I found on Internet! Not like I’ll post a drawing every day, but I hope it’ll help me get better.

Mountain: Done! This time, no tracing needed! As for the colors, at first I picked them up from some free pictures on the net, but then erased everything and took my own (so I probably learned from the pics?)

Here’s the original picture, by the way;

I like the sharpness with your lines with your pieces. How do you do it? Mine look jagged and uneven.

Maybe the size of your canvas isn’t big enough. Or, you could use the stabilizer. Find it here :

Yeah. I use the stabilizer. And my canvas is 4900 x 7000. Maybe it’s just me…

What?! The biggest I drew on was 3600×3600 px! And the last pic was 2480×3508px before shrinking it to half (Unless you’re drawing with a mouse, I don’t know why it would be jagged)

What you could do, is to ask for some help in the support and advice category :thinking:

Well, the reason I have it at sizes like that, is because I like having the pixels look very fine when I draw. Maybe it’s just my poor handling of the pen and tablet (I don’t know). But I have like 32 GB of RAM and a Ryzen 5600G CPU. May as well use it for something besides gaming on Linux. :wink:

Also, when I shrink it down, the pixels look more tighter and more blended in. That’s why I use rather large canvases.

I could show you in a PM if you are curious.
