This is my personal vector library of hair that I have traced from my artwork. I converted it from raster images and you can see some artefacts (not sharp ends, cut edges). Still, it does a great job. For example, messy hair miku took less then 5 minutes.
Feel free to use it. It would also be cool to see your art and how you use it.
EDIT: I added a library of long hair. It has better quality.
