I saw a Twitch streamer using Krita that he installed Lazy Nezumi Pro. I thought this is only suitable for PS. Can I also install it in Krita? Would that be an improvement?

It’s a separate program. Generally people use it in Photoshop for two things: assistants (like perspective etc.) and stabilization, because not long ago, Photoshop didn’t have stabilization and the assistants are kind of pretty bad, I think? (I don’t use PS so I don’t know personally). But Krita has both of them, so using Lazy Nezumi is not necessary. Someone might prefer Lazy Nezumi for something though.
If I recall you can attach lazy nezumi to any program really. Krita should work also.
