Less brush lag on w10/w7 + Nvidia GPU

!! If youre using screen tablet this wont work as screen tablets (all of them) have low response rate by themselves making brush rubberband behind pen.!!

I’m talking about some “static” brush rendering delay that its not connected to size of the brush. Dont confuse this with slow rendering at high brush sizes.

Running krita in Fullscreen (CTRL+SHIFT+F) mode should decrease brush delay (how fast brush follows cursor), but on w10/w7 with Nvidia GPU turing on fullscreen (CTRL+SHIFT+F) is not enought because basic Nvidia drivers enforce VSync in fullscreen applications by default. This make brush and canvas rendering limited to 60 fps, decreasing overall brush responsivnes.

To gain performance boost from fullscreen we need to turn off Vertical sync. Its located in Nvidia Conrtol Panel.
I suggest to turn off triple buffering as well it seem to bottleneck bursh performance on windows.
