LibFive python plugin - Is it possible for a Krita plugin to add functional representation models and animations into the workspace/rendering capabilities?

i just discovered libfive, a framework for solid modeling using functional representations, which also seems to have some python binding possibilities.

I was spontaneously curious if this might be possibly useful to integrate into Krita, maybe as a plugin, to provide additional workspace (animation, paing, vector, storyboard) capabilities such as a modeling workspace, tying in to use libfive for creating additional artistic creations in addition to raster and vector artwork/animations.

I posted Question: Krita Bindings? · Issue #508 · libfive/libfive · GitHub expressing similar question/idea, and I wanted to ask/mention here too.

This is more of a developer question than a detailed festire request, in my opinion, so moving it here

MPL seems to be compatible with Krita’s GPL but would require the software to be dual licensed if I understand it correctly. So the license could be a problem but I’m not sure.

@tiar was interested in adding 3D models to krita and I think @EyeOdin too so pinging them
