Lizard Pixel Art

I’ve taken a break from my second Digital Art to do a quick Pixel Art Lizard. This is my first Pixel Art in Krita, I usually use Aseprite. It was pretty easy to use after having spent a few hours in the program now. I ended up with more colours than expected. When I retrieve colours from the image I get 16, but when it is saved as .png there are 64. I have colours from image set to 32, so that is not what is limiting it. I do miss the indexed colour palette, which gives me a quick way to tweak that colour in the whole image.
It’s 96x96 pixels before scaling.
I am always after constructive criticism too! It helps me improve (both my art and my ego!)
Reference image, didn’t realise until later that it was AI generated.:
