主要是我这个人分享欲有点强,让我一个人憋着直到一张画完成对于我来说有点痛苦
It’s mainly that I have a pretty strong urge to share, so keeping everything to myself until a drawing is finished is kind of painful for me.

其实…好吧,我不想看我几年前黑历史了(我感觉我在受刑 ),所以我选择重新开一个长时间更新的WIP帖子
Actually… okay, I don’t want to look at my dark history from a few years ago(I feel like I’m being punished ), so I chose to start a new WIP thread that I’ll update over a long period

放一张番禺中学来当个这个帖子的吉祥物

哦对了,我在电脑彻底完蛋之前还保存了krita的资源(包括快捷键,笔刷,工作界面),我昨天才发现自己原来有保存过

衣服随便画的,其实我在画这所学校的时候是没想好她的配色
The clothes were drawn casually. Actually, when I was drawing this school, I didn’t have a clear idea of its color scheme

讲一下小巧思吧
她头上的蝴蝶结的星星对应了下面的"金道学校" (也说明了,无论她变成什么样子,只要建筑物不倒塌,而且还承担了教育的功能,那金道中学永远都是她自己)
她的额前面的头饰对应了"真光中学"(尽管她是她自己,但是她从一个自由身变成了…等我想好了我再补充吧)
她的刘海发型对应了早期的校门的校徽

Let’s talk about some small details.
The star on the bow on her head corresponds to ‘Jindao School’ below (which also shows that no matter what she becomes, as long as the building doesn’t collapse and still serves its educational function, Jindao ZongXue will always be herself).
The hair accessory on her forehead corresponds to ’ True Light High School.’
Her bangs correspond to the emblem on the early school gate.

Well, actually I was digging through some brushes I made before, and when I saw this one, I couldn’t help but think of Yangsheng’s porcelain factory elementary school.

他的一半黄色发型来自他的建筑楼配色
红白部分来自他的校徽设计,下面的小人也是从校徽来的,他的头上经常卖萌的小东西是太阳

Half of his yellow hairstyle comes from the color scheme of his architecture building.
The red and white parts come from his school emblem design, and the little figure below also comes from the emblem. The cute little thing he often has on his head is the sun.

这是我画的最满意的一张
其实是我对色块起稿有点不太满意(我感觉没有达到我想要的效果),于是我把之前的草稿重新勾线一次,并用油漆桶铺个大概的底色,就直接用实心笔刷直接细化上去了,效果出奇的不错
This is the piece I’m most satisfied with that I’ve painted.
Actually, I wasn’t too happy with the initial color block sketch (I felt it didn’t achieve the effect I wanted), so I retraced the previous draft, roughly filled in the base color with the paint bucket, and then just refined it with a solid brush. The result turned out surprisingly well

还有我感觉原来的草稿衣服画起来重心有点不对等,于是我把外套换成了一套裙子
Also, I felt like the original draft’s clothing had the weight a bit off, so I changed the jacket into a dress.

不得不感叹时间过得真快,又到了去洗澡睡觉的时候了

额…画完了,就是额…我发现 我给四中的衣服画错了(把津园教学楼当成了锐园的教学楼)
又要重新设计衣服 ，不行我要被自己蠢蛋行为气死了
Um… finished the drawing, but um… I realized I drew the clothes for Guangzhou No.4 Middle School wrong (I mistook the Jinyuan Teaching Building for the Ruiyuan Teaching Building)
Now I have to redesign the clothes , I can’t, I’m going to be so mad at my own stupid mistake

大地母亲
她是学校们(学校拟人)…总之就是和土地相关的拟人(例如国家拟人,省份拟人,城市拟人,地区拟人,公司拟人等等)的创始者
她创立了这些孩子
她是一个温柔又残酷的妈妈

Mother Earth
She is the founder of schools (schools personified)… In short, she is the founder of personifications related to land (for example, personifications of countries, provinces, cities, regions, companies, etc.)
She created these children
She is a gentle yet cruel mother

其实我没有想好她的准确的形象(或者说我所画的只是她的其中一个外貌的化身)
这个只是我对大地母亲的…内心的认为就所画下去了
她的衣服只是我感觉用蓝色(外加一点点绿色)来作为她的衣服就很好看
她的小跨包来自我对画家…总之是创始者的刻板印象(好吧其实也有雕刻家的印象)
Actually, I haven’t quite figured out her exact appearance (or rather, what I drew is just one incarnation of how she looks).
This is just my inner feeling of Mother Earth… so I drew it down.
Her clothes are just me thinking that using blue (with a little bit of green) for her outfit would look nice.
Her little crossbody bag comes from my impression of painters… in short, the founder stereotype (okay, actually, there’s also a bit of a sculptor’s vibe).

她其实并不出现或者说很少出现在大家面前,只是孩子们开始快死掉的时候她才会出现
(例如大地母亲和北兴中学,最初的北兴中学是在1964年出生,但因为文革前期(大概1966-1967)导致了北兴中学很痛苦,虽然1968年好了一点,但一切都太迟了,他(北兴中学)太痛苦了,不得不让大地母亲让他去往天国那边,但大地母亲选择让北兴中学变成了小婴儿重新开始)

She actually doesn’t appear, or appears very rarely in front of everyone; she only shows up when the children are about to die.
(For example, Mother Earth and Beixing Middle School. The original Beixing Middle School was established in 1964, but because of the early Cultural Revolution (around 1966-1967) Beixing Middle School went through a lot of suffering. Although it got a bit better in 1968, it was all too late. It (Beixing Middle School) was in too much pain, so Mother Earth had to let it go to the heavens, but she chose to let Beixing Middle School start over as a little baby.)
