Looking for commissioned artist

Preferably digital artists to help illustrate a children book. This would be my first time searching for an artist and getting published. The first story is done just like to find an artist that has an anime/digital like style and can have consistency throughout the book(color/style+adding flowers/curvy lines/unicorns/ribbons). Or if you can add/modified eyes/hair for my characters we might be able to work together.

I would proudly like to add a page at the end of my book dedicating to support FOSS programs such as libreoffice, gimp, grapheneos, Sessions App and Krita. All of which I proudly use.
Help me and get paid!

I’m willing to pay $45+ per page for about 10-15 pages but including borders to extend to text/story. Before any work is commissioned please contact me to show your portfolio to help both parties to determine if it’s a good fit. Characters include little girls, boys and forest animals.
Plus- credit on the book’s page and cover.
