Looking for lettering brush or vector stamp

Hi there folks. Just wanted to have your opinions on the lettering here.

i did it with the caligrafy brush. i tried to make a custom one, but i do not think it is there yet. I think it is the only way to do it here in Krita. Use a vector brush to letter myself. at least on android. On pc i can of course use a digital font, but i don’t know. don’t know yet.

Is there anyone who knows if there is a lettering brush or vector stamp for lettering here in Krita? Forgive my research, but i am new to this forum. it would be nice to use a brush (perhaps make it myself if not exist) to use as a guide for lettering comics.

any suggestions or tips are welcome to make Krita a comic golden palace!

thanks!

The correct place to ask for help is in one of the Support and Advice categories. Now I’m unsure if you just want feedback to your artwork or help with creating a brush or workflow of some sort. If both, consider creating an additional topic to address your help request, if it is only the later than move this topic into the other category entirely and give it a better title (like looking for lettering brush or anything that describes your issue in a short sentence).

Fixed it. Thanks for your help.

Maybe the Mojo-Moo Lettering bundle is something for you? It is from a guy who offers a very well recognized set of bundles for making graphic novels, manga, comics, you can get it from here:

Alternatively, go to the forums resource area and search for Mojo Moo for comics, I have posted his Lettering bundle also there in the course of the topic, but as I understand it these are “only” brushes for painting/writing Lettering, I never used it, I only host it, and it is one of the most downloaded resources I offer for the community. So the users seem to love it.

By the way, in the brush editor F5 you can set Text as the brush tip to use, select the font, font size, enter any text you like and then place your text. If you set the hook at Pipe mode, you can “paint” the text with this pipe as an endless hose of text.
