There is no such as thing as “newgrounds style” despite one might think, but I’m going to assume OP meant flash like animation. Examples being:
Pico School (It was a game, but still an extremely important one made in flash)
The ultimate showdown of ultimate destiny:
Or Wacky Game Jokez 4 Kidz (HotDiggityDemon)
If you want to mimic macromedia flash 8 up till adobe flash CS6, I would suggest aim for more flat colouring and limit the amount of “paintery” like look. Watch a lot of pre 2013 flash animation to get the vibes you should aim for. Just my 0.2 cents.
