Lot of jittering on Lenovo Yoga 730

Brand and version of the device: Lenovo Yoga 730
System** : Windows 10

I use the Lenovo Active Pen 2 and whenever I draw with some of the brushes the jitter a lot and sometimes make weird lines out of no where. Please fix the issue as I love drawing on Krita too much. I have attached the screenshot below.

Krita doesn’t interface with any tablet directly and only takes signals from the operating system which in turn gets it from the tablet driver. So there’s probably nothing Krita can fix.

The issue is almost always a conflicting driver or a mismatch in the windows tablet settings (Windows Ink or the other thing)

I looked through some topics and this one was the closest I could find. Issue was an out of date driver and wrong tablet settings.

So it’s really weird. After messing with Krita for 3 hours trying to get the pen pressure to work, you have to initiate the windows 8+ pointer input that Nayo posted and then at the bottom right of your screen (in your taskbar next to the time and date), click the notifications “action center” button (it looks like a message). A side bar will pop up, click the “tablet mode” button that’s towards the bottom of the screen and you should now be able to use your pen with pen pressure in krita. Getti…

Is there a way to fix the issue? I tried reinstalling the software but the problem is still there

There are many more but the solution is almost updating drivers or in this case again switching from Windows Ink to WinTab or the other way around.

I messed around with the pen settings some more, looks like I needed to select “Let me use my pen as a mouse in some desktop apps” All seems to be working well now, thank you so much for your help!
