Mac Install FAILED ( What's Up with That? )

Hi,
Downloaded the Mac OSX installer ( Krita 4.4.3 Released on 24 March, 2021).

Krita ERROR
Krita ERROR420×157 20.2 KB

“krita.app” is damaged and can’t be
opened. You should move it to the Trash.

I tried this mornings Build #734 (Apr 17, 2021 7:02:00 AM), Same Error.

Please advise.
