By the way: If you mistyped your topic’s heading, you can simply edit it. Hoover the heading to display the pen icon, which, when clicked, will allow editing your heading.

Thanks for the advice. I didnt mistype, rather just accidentally posted without a picture, decided to make a new one and couldnt delete the old topic. Would be grateful if you can give some advice on that.
You cannot delete a topic in this sense. However, as a topic from which you have deleted your first post, the topic is automatically closed for further posts. And this leads to these topics automatically dissolving after 24 hours, as they no longer contain any information.
In the case, that you plan to participate more frequently in the forum in the future, you will gain more rights and abilities, for instance to edit your opening postings, which for new users, according to a few other users is said to be impossible after a certain and not very long period (an hour, two, three, I can’t say exactly), but that has been another option you had, you were able to edit your post with a click on the pencil icon under your post, instead of deleting the topic.
And if you should reach the rank regular user, you can even edit posts from you in topics from years ago, even in closed topics. The background of this is that a user who participates this much in the forum usually cares for what is happening here, and thus the user will be trusted more, gains these rights I spoke about, but in the seldom case these rights are misused they can be revoked.
