Especially for android, since there is no way (that i know of) to add themes to it without root.
Don’t you have access to Krita’s resource folder via ‘‘Settings’’ >> ‘‘Manage Resources…’’ >> ‘‘Open Resource Folder’’?
Because in case you have access to that folder, you just have to “drop” your color-schemes into its sub-folder “color-schemes”.

I am aware of that, but with android, the data folder is inaccessable without root (which is of course unsafe).
I feel it would be convenient for desktop users as well.
What about using the “Files” shortcut app to Google’s own file manager:
